Diesel and RON95 to go up by 20 sen-OMG as expected!

I bet a lot of people rushing to the nearest petrol station to fill up their tanks now! The sneaky BN (Barang Naik) struck, just a few months after winning the general election, by increasing the petrol and diesel prices. Pakatan Rakyat had promised to reduce the prices in their manifestos and BN, instead of maintaining the prices, they increase them. Pakatan planned to renegotiate with the owners of the one-sided ridiculous profitable IPP contracts to defray the high cost of subsidies to the public with regard to the petrol prices. Why didn’t BN government just do that first? It would only affect a few ‘privileged’ crony billionaires, having lesser profit, as compared to the millions of Malaysians who would suffer the increased cost. The 47% of the voters who voted for BN in the last election must be happy? Take RM500 for BRIM in one pocket once in over fifty years, and pay for the life time out of the other pocket the increased cost of petroleum. To these fools who voted for this government,” We told you so.” There is no comparison for utter stupidity- Ferdtan

Will Najib Razak still be the Prime Minister of Malaysia?

UMNO election is just around the corner and rumors is spread about it everywhere. Even in UMNO itself they have been talking about it since the general election results announce. Will Najib Razak still be the Prime Minister of Malaysia after the UMNO election results come out? Or it just going to be delayed for him to went down the throne  like what happened to Abdullah Ahmad Badawi the former Prime Minister? Well that is what people talks about. Well see what happen then and leave out the rumors waves all around the internet pass by. No matter how much people talk about this, it doesnt change anything much except what UMNO members had plan in mind.

Let see people comments about it:

Arbeena It is normal for UMNO leaders to be challenged. Not like DAP. So nothing special about this report.

Quigonbond Najib reaps what he sows. Going into GE13, race and religion were played to the hilt. Now, he wants to rein them in and proposes for UMNO to be more inclusive? The two concepts are as different as day and night. If I were UMNO grassroots supporter, this whole sordid episode will appear to me as nothing more as taking my limited knowledge and my nationalistic and ethnic feelings for a ride. At least the Pakatan message is clear - we all move to the centre - stop talking race and start talking needs. If I were UMNO grassroots, I'd punish the leader who is wishy washy. Unfortunately, this can only be bad for Malaysia because UMNO played with fire, has moved right, and the leaders can't do anything about it but to continue fanning the flames to stay relevant and in power in order to reap the rewards.

Anonymous_4031 UMNO breeds warlords; and warlords demand positions, perks, contracts, jobs. If they do not get what they want; they will look for someone who can deliver the goodies. This disease of warlordism will eat into the vitals of UMNO, like termites; and thus send it to the Intensive Care Unit. Whether it will survive or not depends upon the leadership doctor of transformation. Transformation means getting out of the rut and moving forward and march in tandem with the wishes of the majority of Malaysians, not just UMNO Malays alone. Modern, moderate Malaysians want a peaceful, harmonious, happy Malaysia. Racism and racists have no place in Malaysia! The loss of two PERKASA candidates in Shah Alam and Pasir Mas indicates clearly that voters want moderation , not extremism.UMNO members must be realistic and come to terms with reality. They cannot hide their heads in the sand and pretend that nothing happened in the recent General Election. A strong tsunami had hit BN!Change or be changed!

Ferdtan This Umno party poll will be held under a new system whereby 146,500 members get to vote instead of previously limited to only two thousand over delegates. There will not be any obstruction of getting a certain number of opened endorsements from the branches before a leader qualifies to contest. Once, Razaleigh Hamzah was not even qualified to be a contestant when he could not get the required minimum nominations from the branches. This time it is a different scenario. It is an open contest. The influence of money politics and the warlords is somewhat diluted as there are more than a hundred thousand delegates to content with. For this reason alone Tengku Razaleigh, as a third faction within the party, stands a chance (however slim) to win the presidency if he were to contest. 1/2
19 hours ago | Report

Ferdtan 2/2. There are many Umno members who are not aligned with either the Najib Razak’s or Muhyiddin Yassin’s groups may side with Razaleigh. Both Najib and Muhyiddin are seen to be of equal strength and Razaleigh may just scrape through due to their split votes. Remember how in the last Umno party election in 2009 for the Umno Youth chief when Khairy Jamaluddin won a narrow 304 votes against his rivals Mukhriz Mahathir (232 votes) and Khir Toyo (254 votes)? It is an exciting time for watchers like us. In the end Umno may be brought down not by its enemy, Pakatan, outside the party but implode from within.

Doc I agree with Dr. Bridget Welsh, Myhuddin Yassin has no choice but the take on Najib Razak in the coming UMNO presidential election. Not only for him but for all his crony supporters hoping to take a chomp of UMNO's favoritism agenda. In the past, the economy was good and a week opposition meant UMNO was able to provide to nearly all of UMNO's cronies. In the current climate, the economy is taking a dive which mean less money in the nations kitty. On top that the opposition are like hawks, waiting for UMNO to divert the nations funds into their pockets thru awarding of contracts; to rat on them and increase their popularity. Not to mention the public perception that UMNO are crooks, robbers of the nations wealth and cheaters. The pool of money for UMNO's cronies to eat off has certainly dwindled and these crocodiles have less meat to chomp on thus the fight for these dwindling resources will have happen.

Swipenter The right wing faction will launch a challenge to Najib to wrest the leadership in Umno after all there is Umno is stronger position than ever in BN after GE13 but paradoxically weaker than ever as a national force. Umno can rule the country alone without MCA, MIC and Gerakan with the help of those aligned to them In Sarawak and Sabah. Effectively Umno now is the govt and the govt is Umno. Whoever controls Umno controls the country. What an opportunity to further consolidate the ketuanan doctrine!!!and grab everything for themselves all in the name of race and religion. Najib either has to accommodate them or cut them down to size to safeguard his own position. Knowing him he would go for the former and prolong one more term as president of Umno. He has no guts to slog it out with his internal "enemies". The country would be limping along until after the Umno election. The young Turks in Umno could be a wild card nothing more but you can never be sure in politics.

We know Muhyiddin is a racist, not very intelligent and does not qualify to lead a country but Najib knows Muyhiddin wants his chair and he is spending all his energy to kill him off politically now than leading the country. So Najib has a more precarious period now than before the elections. But the bottomline is that Umno leaders cares no two hoods about the country, their leaders only wants to survive this Umno election first. And that means getting more bullets which means corruption will go up many folds these few months in Malaysia.

Hang Babeuf "Alas, poor Yorick!" The original Yorick was a character in Shakespeare's play Hamlet. He was the dead court jester whose skull is exhumed by the gravedigger in Act 5, Scene 1, of the play. The sight of Yorick's skull evokes a monologue from Hamlet on the vile effects of death: “Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy … etc!” The contrast between Yorick as "a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy" and his grim remains is a variation on the theme of earthly vanity: death being unavoidable, the things of this life are inconsequential. Poor Najib is in the end UMNO's "1Malaysia & BR1M court jester", the "roadshow clown of GE13". So "Alas, poor Najib!" And “Alas, poor Altantuya!” too.

It is very noticeable that Muhyiddin Yassin is pushed to the cold storage and it is a generally accepted understanding that he is not one who the Non-Malays will welcome as he has earned enough issues with them. Siapa Yazid Sufaat? (Who is Yazid Suffat)?

Despite a lot of stories here and there, i found below article which is worth to read and discuss among us. The truth? Only Allah knows best.

Operatif Serangan 9/11

Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri

Who reads the papers? - Yes, Prime Minister - BBC comedy

It just ironic to watch this comedian making it so interesting for us especially during election seasons. It's and old video, but worth a laughter to watch. Also below something wrote by a blogger which had similarity to the video's idea written on last April.Take your time and watch this.

PM Hacker: Don't tell me about the press. I know exactly who reads the papers:

NST is read by people who actually do run the country.

Harakah is read by people who think God and Saudi Arabia should run the country from Mecca.

The Sulu Liberation Front Times at https://www.lahaddatusemporna_kiramclan.agbimudin@suluk. con.skunk is read by those armed but non-militant and non-terrorist men who want to run another country.
What about the people who read The Mail? Personal View of General Election Results

It's been a pleasure to be able to vote during last 5 May 2013 which said one of the most important Malaysia general election. Polls shows that Pakatan preferred to rule Malaysia instead of Barisan Nasional which is less popular. However General Election Results proved differently. Even though Pakatan wons new seats, but they losses a few seat as well to BN. That shows how easily people can switch votes. However in the other hand, if Malaysia SPR is not sincere and helped BN to win (as what people said in social media), that was something really awful if it was true.Where the democracy goes? And if it was true, those people involved shall get punishment from Allah swt. Saddened by the fact that Pakatan was not the one driving the country i voted in, i was happy that PAS wons with majority 1,170. Congratulations Nizar and don't worry if you are not the one mandate as the Menteri Besar. We can always try again for the next 5 years. My votes going nowhere to PAS and Pakatan for the next 5 years. In fact this year election had opened BN eyes that people power make it possible and hopefully during these 5 years they shall clean a little bit of their corruptions and provides more to Rakyat instead of burdening us with lots of new method of racking off our hard earn money.Tq

Malaysia General Election 2013 Advice - Part 2

When you encounter foreign workers in the queue or within the school area, do not ask him to sing the national anthem, because it is a violation of the Elections Act as you are attempting to verify their identity. If you believe you’ve met a phantom voter, you can pretend to chat with them, ask questions like "Where do you live? Are you first time voter? Have not seen you before around here, that kind of topics, if they start to get nervous or cannot speak in Malay, you must immediately notify the nearest members of ABU (Asalkan Bukan Umno) or Pakatan Rakyat; they know how to act!

If you are a Polling Agent, when you encounter foreign workers and doubt their identity, you can request KTM to check their identity, but you cannot stop them from voting. According to the Elections Act, as long as the voter's name and identity card number in the voter registration list, and his identity card is valid, then, you cannot stop them to vote, but you can ask Ketua Tempat Mengundi (KTM) to let them fill in Borang 11, remember to get a copy from KTM and submit to the PACABA Head, because this can be used as evidence if the foreign worker is a phantom voter. And, do remember to check and make sure SPR Personnel get ready copies of this form.

If SPR did not provide, then PACABA Personnel should bring along these forms on their own. After voting, don't go back home immediately. Hang around and chat outside the polling centre for a while to assist ABU or Pakatan Rakyat members to detect the phantom voters. Please at least do this little bit for your country. We want clean and fair election! May God bless us all. If you really care about Malaysia, share this post!

Malaysia General Election 2013 Advice

I saw a lot of people sharing this info in the Facebook over and over again. Perhaps this might be true and a loss even a single vote would be a waste.Read more below on Malaysia General Election 2013 Advice.
malaysia general election 2013 ink used
malaysia general election 2013 ink used

Please read the information below carefully so that you do not spoil your vote. This year the SPR is using the ink to mark your fingers - so make sure the ink is dry before you collect your ballot papers. This is to prevent the ink from staining the ballot paper and which will make your ballot invalid. In overseas countries, the practice is to ink the fingers after you have cast the ballot - this will prevent the ballot paper from being spoilt due to staining. Over here the SPR is doing the opposite. The intention is to let the voters spolit the ballot and to make the vote invalid. Please also inform your family members about this If BN wins 2/3 majority in this coming 13th general election, all will be gone as BN will make changes to ensure Pakatan will never have the opportunity to make a comeback in future elections. And the people will have to live with BN forever. Don't want this to happen, make sure you encourage all eligible voters to cast their votes. Every vote counts. It's crucial to ensure BN never achieve 2/3 majority ever again. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS.

General Election Malaysia results (GE13)

With regards to the current GE13 post-nomination revelations there were a lot of shocking scenarios happened both at Pakatan side and Barisan Nasional. On my previous post here we all going to vote on this coming 5.5.2013 which i believe it shall records a lot of new history ever happened in Malaysia political arena. No doubt a lot of new faces as well and new strategies used by the government and oppositions to wins this coming election. Celebrities and popular personnel were nominated, and there were more parti Bebas took part more than last general election.I have doubt that BN will wins this elections with majorities unless there were something else going on under the carpet. If everything goes smoothly, I bet there will be a lot of new faces in the Malaysia Parliament. Of course tremendously changes the faces of minister replacing what we had now. I'm interested on the comments that if Lim Kit Siang wins in Gelang Patah, Abdul Hadi of Pas shall have the premiership and might be the next Prime Minister. If that happen which is not possible, i bet Malaysia would change a lot in many terms of Malaysian life including laws, financial, economy ,social and of course the country directions into somethings worthy and meaningful to all rakyat.

13th General Elections Notification

The Election Commission Malaysia has announced on 10th April 2013 that the 13th General Elections will be held on Sunday 5th May 2013. 2. For Companies which observe Sunday as the rest day, the employees are free to exercise their rights as voters on the polling day. 3. For Companies which observe Sunday as a working day or have a rota system in place, the Company must grant reasonable paid time-off to their employees to cast their votes on the polling day. Polling booths will generally be opened from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. There should be no time constraint so far as the conventional shift employees are concerned. Such employees, whether rostered on the 1st shift (7.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.) or on the 2nd shift (3.00 p.m. – 11.00 p.m.) or on 3rd shift (11.00 p.m. – 7.00 a.m.), should experience little difficulty in fulfilling their obligations to vote outside their normal shift hours periods i.e. without seeking any paid time-off from work. In places where the polling booths close earlier than 5.30 p.m., first shift employees (7.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.) must be given paid time-off to cast their votes on polling day. 4. Where the employees are on 12 hours’ shift, such employees on the night shift would be able to cast their votes during the time allocated and no paid time-off should be given. Employees scheduled to work during the day on 12 hours’ shift should be given reasonable time-off to cast their votes on polling day. 5. As polling booths will generally close at 5.30 p.m., office and factory employees, who observe standard working hours i.e. 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., may be hard-pressed to get to their constituencies in time to cast their votes, bearing in mind travelling, weather and other factors. In such circumstances, employers may consider any one or a combination of the following arrangements for the convenience of their employees to cast their votes: (a) Allow them to report for work, say, one hour late; or (b) Grant them a one hour’s extension of their lunch break; or (c) Release them, say, one hour earlier. 6. If an employee needs to cast his/her vote at outstation polling centre and 5th May 2013 is a normal working day for the employee, it is reasonable for the Company to require the employee to apply for annual leave/unpaid leave for the said purpose. 7. Please be informed that under the Election Offences Act 1954, employers are obliged to allow their employees a reasonable period of paid time-off for voting. The relevant provisions of Section 25 of the Election Offences Act 1954 are as follows: "(1) Every employer shall, on polling day, allow to every elector in his employ a reasonable period for voting and no employer shall make any deduction from the pay or other remuneration of any such elector or impose upon or exact from him any penalty by reason of his absence during such period. (2) ………………………. (3) Any employer, who directly or indirectly, refuses, or by intimidation, undue influence, or in any other manner, interferes with the granting to any elector in his employ, of a reasonable period for voting, as in this section provided, shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine of five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for six months." 8. The above is, in our view, a fair and reasonable construction of the obligations imposed on employers to ensure that all their employees are afforded a reasonable opportunity to vote. They are, however, intended only as guidelines and member companies are at liberty to make such other ‘ad hoc’ arrangements, as they may deem appropriate to deal with individual cases in the context of their operational requirements. 9. In applying for or granting paid time-off, reasonableness is to be expected from the employer and the employee. Thank you Hj Shamsuddin Bardan Executive Director MALAYSIAN EMPLOYERS FEDERATION

Malaysia car price goes down?

Malaysia car price subject was so hot these few days and had triggers a lot of reactions and responses from people. Of course there is no reason for us as a customer or car user saddened by this issue since the more cheaper cars to get the better for us. A price down from 20% to 30% is a good sign for everybody except for some people who had made tonnes of money out of it. What do you think about below article from Mykmu which i translated from bahasa to English below. Do you agree?Or is it a totally BS?

Currently there is a commotion among the few leaders of PKR supporters of PR's talking up the claim that the BN manifesto themed " Menepati Janji Membawa Harapan " copied the idea from PR manifesto. One of the essence of the BN manifesto copied from the manifesto said that PR is about the promise of a 20% to 30% the price of the car in stages. To know the fact who copied from whom, we have to scan back to previous years because it the best way to find the truth. On March 22, 2006, the Barisan Nasional (BN) has introduced the Dasar Automatif Negara (DAN) after about roadmap announced as early as October 19, 2005. Among the main purpose of existence AND 2006 would reduce the tax on imported cars below 1,800 cc engine, further enhancing the competitiveness of the market for local and international companies.

The initial impact of the implementation of the policy according to analysis by OSK Research saw made car prices nationwide have experienced a decline between RM353 to RM385. While foreign brands imported cars are assembled in ASEAN countries such as the Honda City, Nissan Sentra and Toyota Altis also earned savings is around RM1, 900 to RM4, 000. (See here) To avoid the adverse effects of this policy on the company selling used cars (secondhand), then through AND 2009 announced on October 28, 2009 was introduced Gazette Price of Imported Used to address under-declaration. With the above improvements, the used car dealers can breathe a sigh of relief and damaged their business risks can be reduced or even bankruptcy.

Easy to find examples of the positive impact of AND 2006 AND 2009 was followed when we are now able to buy a new car (VIVA 660) at the price of RM24, 912.15 in 2009 whose price is RM28, 800.00. In 2004, we can only stylish with Kancil 660 where price is RM25, 846.00 but the price is almost the same in 2011 and now we can have a car model that little VIVA 660 large and comfortable. While PKR through its Strategic Director, Ramli Rafizis just started talking like car prices in mid-2012, late of 6 years from the AND 2006 introduced by the BN government.

Even PR through his manifesto promise to liberalize the price of the car so a car can be sold for as low as RM25, 000 has now reached another since 2004, but only now PR busy to talk. Based on a few summary facts, would we already know who is copying whom. No need anything strange with soft and moist attitude Rafizis Ramli and PKR, not long ago they were busy even claimed BN scoop their idea in the case of an individual permit for the taxi driver, seeing BN has begun to discuss the issue of taxi permit more individuals since 1999. (See here) Importantly, in the case of enjoying a lower price on any car model, it is not as simple as saying.

Many things need to be refined so that it does not have a negative impact on the economy. BN has been working since 2005 another direction. All these savings do not happen suddenly, it little by little the importance of each policy and improvements implemented by the BN government to take into account the interests of all. Harsh Comments on Nik Aziz-What Do you think?

Tuan Guru Nik Aziz or Mursyidul Am PAS was well known among all PAS supporters, friends and relatives. Below i share one article commenting about Tuk Guru charachteristics which is kind harsh and more to emotionally rather than facts. Anyway, what do you think about this? Anyone had in mind to clarify on the subject? Article taken from flying kick

Dasar Kebangsaan tolak Islam?

Seterusnya Nik Aziz cuba bercakap tentang IKHLAS. Katanya, kalau tidak ikhlas, tidak dapat pahala.

Sekali dengar, memang betullah cakapnya tu.

Apa sebenarnya tujuan PAS ditubuhkan?

Alahai... tok guru tuh! Benda paling asas macam tu pun, boleh salah!

Solat untuk dapat pahala?

Tak habis belajar rupa-rupanya mamat kampung yang dah tua renta nih!!!

Have you took the money under scheme BR1M (Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia)? For those who applied last year and received it, automatically you will received it this year. Government budgeted billions of rinngit Malaysia for this BR1M scheme to rakyat who qualified. Do you think it's fair to all Malaysians? Is it good to give away money instead of upgrading what lacking in Malaysia for example public transport, etc?
