Malaysia General Election 2013 Advice

I saw a lot of people sharing this info in the Facebook over and over again. Perhaps this might be true and a loss even a single vote would be a waste.Read more below on Malaysia General Election 2013 Advice.

Please read the information below carefully so that you do not spoil your vote. This year the SPR is using the ink to mark your fingers - so make sure the ink is dry before you collect your ballot papers. This is to prevent the ink from staining the ballot paper and which will make your ballot invalid. In overseas countries, the practice is to ink the fingers after you have cast the ballot - this will prevent the ballot paper from being spoilt due to staining. Over here the SPR is doing the opposite. The intention is to let the voters spolit the ballot and to make the vote invalid. Please also inform your family members about this If BN wins 2/3 majority in this coming 13th general election, all will be gone as BN will make changes to ensure Pakatan will never have the opportunity to make a comeback in future elections. And the people will have to live with BN forever. Don't want this to happen, make sure you encourage all eligible voters to cast their votes. Every vote counts. It's crucial to ensure BN never achieve 2/3 majority ever again. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS.

General Election Malaysia results (GE13)

With regards to the current GE13 post-nomination revelations there were a lot of shocking scenarios happened both at Pakatan side and Barisan Nasional. On my previous post here we all going to vote on this coming 5.5.2013 which i believe it shall records a lot of new history ever happened in Malaysia political arena. No doubt a lot of new faces as well and new strategies used by the government and oppositions to wins this coming election. Celebrities and popular personnel were nominated, and there were more parti Bebas took part more than last general election.I have doubt that BN will wins this elections with majorities unless there were something else going on under the carpet. If everything goes smoothly, I bet there will be a lot of new faces in the Malaysia Parliament. Of course tremendously changes the faces of minister replacing what we had now. I'm interested on the comments that if Lim Kit Siang wins in Gelang Patah, Abdul Hadi of Pas shall have the premiership and might be the next Prime Minister. If that happen which is not possible, i bet Malaysia would change a lot in many terms of Malaysian life including laws, financial, economy ,social and of course the country directions into somethings worthy and meaningful to all rakyat.

13th General Elections Notification

The Election Commission Malaysia has announced on 10th April 2013 that the 13th General Elections will be held on Sunday 5th May 2013. 2. For Companies which observe Sunday as the rest day, the employees are free to exercise their rights as voters on the polling day. 3. For Companies which observe Sunday as a working day or have a rota system in place, the Company must grant reasonable paid time-off to their employees to cast their votes on the polling day. Polling booths will generally be opened from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. There should be no time constraint so far as the conventional shift employees are concerned. Such employees, whether rostered on the 1st shift (7.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.) or on the 2nd shift (3.00 p.m. – 11.00 p.m.) or on 3rd shift (11.00 p.m. – 7.00 a.m.), should experience little difficulty in fulfilling their obligations to vote outside their normal shift hours periods i.e. without seeking any paid time-off from work. In places where the polling booths close earlier than 5.30 p.m., first shift employees (7.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.) must be given paid time-off to cast their votes on polling day. 4. Where the employees are on 12 hours’ shift, such employees on the night shift would be able to cast their votes during the time allocated and no paid time-off should be given. Employees scheduled to work during the day on 12 hours’ shift should be given reasonable time-off to cast their votes on polling day. 5. As polling booths will generally close at 5.30 p.m., office and factory employees, who observe standard working hours i.e. 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., may be hard-pressed to get to their constituencies in time to cast their votes, bearing in mind travelling, weather and other factors. In such circumstances, employers may consider any one or a combination of the following arrangements for the convenience of their employees to cast their votes: (a) Allow them to report for work, say, one hour late; or (b) Grant them a one hour’s extension of their lunch break; or (c) Release them, say, one hour earlier. 6. If an employee needs to cast his/her vote at outstation polling centre and 5th May 2013 is a normal working day for the employee, it is reasonable for the Company to require the employee to apply for annual leave/unpaid leave for the said purpose. 7. Please be informed that under the Election Offences Act 1954, employers are obliged to allow their employees a reasonable period of paid time-off for voting. The relevant provisions of Section 25 of the Election Offences Act 1954 are as follows: "(1) Every employer shall, on polling day, allow to every elector in his employ a reasonable period for voting and no employer shall make any deduction from the pay or other remuneration of any such elector or impose upon or exact from him any penalty by reason of his absence during such period. (2) ………………………. (3) Any employer, who directly or indirectly, refuses, or by intimidation, undue influence, or in any other manner, interferes with the granting to any elector in his employ, of a reasonable period for voting, as in this section provided, shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine of five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for six months." 8. The above is, in our view, a fair and reasonable construction of the obligations imposed on employers to ensure that all their employees are afforded a reasonable opportunity to vote. They are, however, intended only as guidelines and member companies are at liberty to make such other ‘ad hoc’ arrangements, as they may deem appropriate to deal with individual cases in the context of their operational requirements. 9. In applying for or granting paid time-off, reasonableness is to be expected from the employer and the employee. Thank you Hj Shamsuddin Bardan Executive Director MALAYSIAN EMPLOYERS FEDERATION

Malaysia car price goes down?

Malaysia car price subject was so hot these few days and had triggers a lot of reactions and responses from people. Of course there is no reason for us as a customer or car user saddened by this issue since the more cheaper cars to get the better for us. A price down from 20% to 30% is a good sign for everybody except for some people who had made tonnes of money out of it. What do you think about below article from Mykmu which i translated from bahasa to English below. Do you agree?Or is it a totally BS?

Currently there is a commotion among the few leaders of PKR supporters of PR's talking up the claim that the BN manifesto themed " Menepati Janji Membawa Harapan " copied the idea from PR manifesto. One of the essence of the BN manifesto copied from the manifesto said that PR is about the promise of a 20% to 30% the price of the car in stages. To know the fact who copied from whom, we have to scan back to previous years because it the best way to find the truth. On March 22, 2006, the Barisan Nasional (BN) has introduced the Dasar Automatif Negara (DAN) after about roadmap announced as early as October 19, 2005. Among the main purpose of existence AND 2006 would reduce the tax on imported cars below 1,800 cc engine, further enhancing the competitiveness of the market for local and international companies.

The initial impact of the implementation of the policy according to analysis by OSK Research saw made car prices nationwide have experienced a decline between RM353 to RM385. While foreign brands imported cars are assembled in ASEAN countries such as the Honda City, Nissan Sentra and Toyota Altis also earned savings is around RM1, 900 to RM4, 000. (See here) To avoid the adverse effects of this policy on the company selling used cars (secondhand), then through AND 2009 announced on October 28, 2009 was introduced Gazette Price of Imported Used to address under-declaration. With the above improvements, the used car dealers can breathe a sigh of relief and damaged their business risks can be reduced or even bankruptcy.

Easy to find examples of the positive impact of AND 2006 AND 2009 was followed when we are now able to buy a new car (VIVA 660) at the price of RM24, 912.15 in 2009 whose price is RM28, 800.00. In 2004, we can only stylish with Kancil 660 where price is RM25, 846.00 but the price is almost the same in 2011 and now we can have a car model that little VIVA 660 large and comfortable. While PKR through its Strategic Director, Ramli Rafizis just started talking like car prices in mid-2012, late of 6 years from the AND 2006 introduced by the BN government.

Even PR through his manifesto promise to liberalize the price of the car so a car can be sold for as low as RM25, 000 has now reached another since 2004, but only now PR busy to talk. Based on a few summary facts, would we already know who is copying whom. No need anything strange with soft and moist attitude Rafizis Ramli and PKR, not long ago they were busy even claimed BN scoop their idea in the case of an individual permit for the taxi driver, seeing BN has begun to discuss the issue of taxi permit more individuals since 1999. (See here) Importantly, in the case of enjoying a lower price on any car model, it is not as simple as saying.

Many things need to be refined so that it does not have a negative impact on the economy. BN has been working since 2005 another direction. All these savings do not happen suddenly, it little by little the importance of each policy and improvements implemented by the BN government to take into account the interests of all. Harsh Comments on Nik Aziz-What Do you think?

Tuan Guru Nik Aziz or Mursyidul Am PAS was well known among all PAS supporters, friends and relatives. Below i share one article commenting about Tuk Guru charachteristics which is kind harsh and more to emotionally rather than facts. Anyway, what do you think about this? Anyone had in mind to clarify on the subject? Article taken from flying kick

Dasar Kebangsaan tolak Islam?

Seterusnya Nik Aziz cuba bercakap tentang IKHLAS. Katanya, kalau tidak ikhlas, tidak dapat pahala.

Sekali dengar, memang betullah cakapnya tu.

Apa sebenarnya tujuan PAS ditubuhkan?

Alahai... tok guru tuh! Benda paling asas macam tu pun, boleh salah!

Solat untuk dapat pahala?

Tak habis belajar rupa-rupanya mamat kampung yang dah tua renta nih!!!
